The organizations, creators and links below are resources that help spread awareness of PDA and provide tools for living with this unique condition.
- The PDA Society is a specialist PDA charity in the UK that has a myriad of helpful booklets, info sheets, live events and recommendations. It provides materials to help PDA people, parents & carers, and professionals.
- Sally Cat provides infographics, memes, a rich blog of stories and independent research. Sally Cat has an active Facebook group here. The book PDA by PDAers is available here.
- Riko Ryuki has a blog with some extensive insight into the complex realities of PDA. They also have a Facebook page and YouTube channel available.
- @anautisticguide is a TikTok creator with numerous videos touching on discovering they had PDA as an adult, being a parent for children with and without PDA and other poignant topics. Their Facebook page is available here.
- Sam of @audhdfeelings on TikTok has their own fabulous resource page available on their Linktree here (with links to various self-assessment tools). They run a casual discord server for AuDHD PDA folks here.
